FEES

Diane Sussman sets the fees in consultation with you during the first appointment.

The fees are determined in a written fee agreement, specifying the method of determining the fee covering the foreseeable services.

The services provided by Diane Sussman's firm are invoiced to the client on an hourly basis. Some cases may be subject to a flat-rate billing with a possible success fee.

The fees do not cover disbursements, expenses, or fees of external advisors and interveners, who are solicited with the client's agreement.

The invoices provided to the client precisely detail by category, the nature and duration of the services, actions, and diligences performed per period.

The firm provides, upon request, a statement of diligences and time spent as well as up-to-date information on fees billed and not yet billed.
